Flipping Shackles To Level Out?

Will flipping my shackles level my truck out? I want to get rid of the rake the rangers have. This is on an 03. Pics would be nice.

What do you mean by flipping the shackles? You mean the back ones? I don't think just by flipping them, its going to lower it. But I could be wrong.

It's close on most trucks. You're gonna wanna measure front and rear and see what the difference is.
