You can try, but good luck finding a shop with the equipment to make an adapter for the tulip style flange on your t-case, and if they do have the equipment it won't be cheaper than the superlift shaft. I know Neapco makes an adapter that you can use on a double cardan style driveshaft, but the adapter is over a hundred bucks by itself.

You don't have to regear with 35's... I've got 4.10's with open carrier and I have no problem at all :-D...

Who's paying for the lift?!

Sweet Jared sounds good. Btw you should come out to the meet at Jordan Lake at the end of May, it should be a blast.

I'd like one... But it's seriously another like $1200 cuz I would regear if I put in a locker... Just to put a locker in, in just the rear is no less than $500..

I've only got about $250 in my HIDs, PIAA's came with the truck, and the RCD came out with the loan when I took it out for the truck. I'd love a locker... There's nothing rough about it... That's just how it is.

I know this may have been covered way back, but to find out what back spacing you want for your wheels, you should calculate what kind of scrub radius you want:

http://www.sae.org/automag/scrubradius/index.htm

a 5 in BS would more than likely give you a negative Scrub Radius, and to get the most out of your truck off road, you are going to want a positive Scrub Radius, otherwise you are going to have serious issues when you try to stop, or turn, ESPECIALLY off road.

stock is what 4.5"bs and the rcd require's 4" bs.

I've got the wheels to prove what the rcd kit can do to stock backspaced wheels. they were even aftermarket but still had stock bs.

I'm sure superlift is along the same parameters.
