i was just looking at lift kits and stumbled onto a website that has a lift kit for a 2wd.. i have a 4wd so it wont work for me... but the interesting part is it costs $0.00 with free shipping... i was thinking about getting it just in case i can get it for free but i dont want to taken the risk of them charging me later... at checkout if i bought it for $0.00 and thats what it says then they cant charge me later can they? its their fault and i should get it for free right??


and what it i dont have enough money to buy it in case they charge me what its actually worth? i only have a bank card, so will i get overdrawn or will they deny it if they charge me say $1000? and i take my oney out so i only have like 50 bucks

 

and the website that hosts the product has been around a long time so its not a scam or anything, so its a major typo but can i get away with getting it for free?

If its free why do they need a payment method? If its an error on their web site, yes they can still charge you. Read their policy fine print about advertising errors.

i can order it and if they charge me $0.00 for it after then they cant charge me more later tho right? but if they change the price on me then i can just cancel the order.

Try adding it to the shopping cart and click check out. See if it will give you a sub-total before you enter in any debit card or credit card info and see what it says.

 

yea it still says $0.00 grand total there

 

just try ordering it. On Rustysoffroad they had tires that were like that. I went ahead and ordered a set and it all went through and it was $0. Ended up a few days later I got an email saying that I need to call them in order for it to go through and all such things. Some times it just means you need to call for it to get a price.

 

You are loaded so who cares. you get charged you get charged.

 

Do you have a real credit card? Not a debit card or anything attached to a bank account. If you do buy it on there, get a copy of the invoice and everything. If they do charge you later dispute the charge with your credit card company.
