Front spring Question

Ok i have a 97 ranger xlt with the splash suspension on it. Well i replaced all the ball joint and tie rods ends. I also replaced the springs. The front springs uncompressed were 1 and half inches taller then the old ones that were on the truck. My question is; is this goin to hurt anything? and is there factory replacement springs? Around here i couldnt find them and or order them. So any answer would be great guys. come on i need help and i will have pics tomorrow i am uploading some right now before i go to bed.

Nothing will happen. You will get a little lift and you may need an alignment but I doubt it. I think you will be all set. And if you do need an alignment it will align easily.
