Front suspension noise

I have a 2wd coil spring 99 ranger. When I bought it I replaced the upper and lower ball joints and had it aligned. Since then a noise has started in the front end. It only happens when I go over bumps and I can feel a little rattle in the steering wheel. I have looked at the tie rods a few times and they look fine and are tight. Could it be wheel bearings or shocks?

I was going to replace the shocks eventually. I guess I will do it sooner.

I had my wheel bearings go out a 20K and it stared making noise and vibrating the steering wheel. I guess I drove through too much water and mud, there was water in the bearings......lol

Well the wheel bearing does not have a water seal the seals are just to keep the crap out of the bearing
