Grinding After T-bar crank and Alignment?

So about a month ago I got my alignment fixed. The night before the alignment I cranked the T-bars up about 1.25 inches. Now theres a nasty grinding noise when I get about three quarters of the way to full lock in both directions.

I asked them to check over all my suspension when it was in, and the said nothing was bent or broken.

Any ideas on what it could be?

tires rubbing on inner fender, or if you have wide tires on stock 15 in rims could be rubbing sway bars.

Ive had the tires for a year and a half and I have never had any rubbing issues. Could I be rubbing now because of the crank and alignment?

My tires all of the sudden starting trying to rip the mudflaps off, I'd check that.
