Help!!!
Help!!!
ok i kno i dont have a ranger but still i need help ASAP. i pulled all the bolts off to my rotor n it still wont come off. i beat the crap out of it with a hammer n still nuttin anything for advice i need it like yesterday thanx
It is put on w/ loctite, so make sure that your pulling the right way. It will be pretty hard.
Check to make sure your brakes aren't applied. Start the truck to cycle the brakes to losen them up.
Also make sure that your rotor is not off kilter making it harder to take off the caliper.
IM me if you need more help, I'll be home later on tonight

sounds like you need a bigger hammer... somtimes you have to keep turnin the wheel 1 way and the crap outa the back thats open... then turn it the other way and beat the crap outa that side.. thats about the only way to get some rotors off...... any1 tried 98-00 f-150s and expeditions? they are a royal PITA.. iv had to beat them so hard that iv accually damaged the hub assembly
yea its the stock knuckle but if i had it my way with money there would be a 44 under it. i checked all around 100 billion times...theres no clips or anything. i sprayed PB on it lettin it sit for lil then im goin back to hammereing...if i cant get it off i will take it to the dealershiup i work for n have them do it
