Help with 4" maxtrac spindle lift

I am thinking of buying the Maxtrac 4" spindle lift kit for my 2009 ford ranger XLT with coils.I am wondering if I will have to make any modifications to my truck or spindles in order to make them fit.

It's common practice with lift spindles to trim the bottom lip of the lower control arm as well as cut off the factory steering stop to allow you to turn to full lock without losing your brakes.

I also trimmed the back lip off the spindle to minimize how much I had to trim the lower control arm.
