help with BL!!
ok im doing my 3" body lift and i have come to a stop i got all the nuts out of the body mounts but the BOLTS WILL NOT COME OUT or the mount i have used a tourch and have used a BFH (big f####### HAMMER) and nothing workes HELP!!! whats going on in those mounts what might work??
Well I was going to try and help, but I guess the 97 is different. On my 2005 the bolts just pulled out of the big black bushing that is up under the truck. I didn't notice any nuts on mine (inside the cab that is). The only one I had nuts on were the two up front at the radiator support. Sorry for a "no help" answer.
im guessin your talkin about the cab bolts. ive have good luck with heatin the hell ou tof the sleeve in the bushings, clampin a pair of visegrips on the sleed, and using an impact up top on the bolt.

you have to HEAT THE HELL OUT OF IT...then Impact it off with an air impact. should come right off
What are you hitting with a hammer???
Go under the truck....heat the nut / sleeve up.....go back on top and put an impact on it and your good....when we did scottys his was being a PITA and we did that and got them all out...
(used all my damn propane too)
