hey i just noticed the center leaf is broken on my passenger leaf pack i'm thinkin either go to the junker and pull an expo leaf pack apart or gettin new leafs from the dealer but they cheapest fix would be best also how hard is it to do the chevy leaft swap on a 93 supercab 4x4 because i'd love to get rid on the blocks

 

there is a few threads about it. you drill out the rivits on the front hangers.. you use the forward holes for the back mount of the hanger drill 2 new holes forward and mount there then put axle back on it..

 

there is definatley a link in here someplace to a write up for the older trucks. on the older hanger, you only reuse one hole and drill three per side.

hey sorry to bring this thread back up well i jusy got a quote to get a replacement leaf made and they want 150 for a single leaf and if i want an add a leaf for both theyll do all 3 for 300 so i'm gonna make my own custom leaf pack with exo leafs so if anyone has advice on what leafs to put in that would be great

 

if u were closer to me i got my stock leif pack sitting in my bacement lol. i had to have one leif made also and it was also 150$

 

darn well i found a couple expos in the junker near me and its only 20$ a leaf pack so i'm gonna give it a shot this weekend
