i haven't been here in awhile. but i got bad noises..

well it's been a long time since i've been on the site. work took up most of my time but i quit now. my grades went to crap cuz of work but tomorrow is my last day of school this semester. so my truck.. well at first the steering wheel was shaking while i drove and any time i hit a bump or dip in the road or even small bumps, the front left side of my truck made a big clunk like it was hitting something. i took my truck to get an alignment. that fixed the steering wheel from shaking. i asked the guy if my shocks were probably out, and what he told me (i have wheels that have little bead locks in them) is that since i was missing one bead lock in my front left wheel, it messed up the whole weight distribution. he said if i get one in there it will be fine. it just ended up screwing up my alignment so bad, but he fixed the alignment so it should be gone. he was wrong. any bumps or dips, and i hear the clunk. i swear i think it's my shock, but i don't know what else it could be. i don't wanna be driving one day and suddenly my truck falls apart on the freeway. sometimes my truck starts bobbing up and down on the freeway, but it might just be the roads up in irvine (correct me if i'm wrong greg (3literbeater)). if it's the shocks, i'll just go buy a whole set of new ones. hopefully someone has nice suggestions for cheap but good shocks. i had the mx6 adjustable ones for about 20k miles+. ok back to my 8 page paper

mine kinda does the same thing.. but it hasnt gotten any worse, and it only does it every once in a while. so i dont really know. i did just replace the shocks on mine and it doesnt do it as often, but if yours is getting worse, id try ball joints
