my rear passenger side leafspring bushing seams to be squeaking what are my options? is there a way to gease it or something or do i have to replace it?

It depends how many miles on the truck how do they look is the rubber cracked?
If you just want to do a quick fix pull the bolt out clean it ad some grease and re-install.
If you do decide to replace do them all on both sides.
