Judging by your profile, you have a 2000 4x4 ranger.
Your ONLY lift options are:

-tbar crank (just cranking your stock keys) for 1.5-2". Free plus the cost of an alignment

-3" body lift. Cost ~200 bucks plus install.

-4" superlift. Cost ~2,000 bucks plus install

Stay away from aftermarket lift keys or "leveling kits". They are garbage. At their best they do the same thing as a tbar crank (but way more expensive), at their worst they push your front end far beyond what it was designed for.

Do yourself a favor. Go with a body lift and not a suspension lift. To illustrate my point, here's Scotty Kilmer pointing out why a suspension lift (if not done correctly) can really be hard on your truck. The one he's pointing out is a GMC/Chevy Sierra/Silverado. No, not a ford ranger, but same thing will happen.

In contrast, body lifts don't do any of what these kits do.
