Lift kit options for a 99 4x2?

I have a '99 Ranger, it's a XLT 4x2 with a 2.5l engine and a stepside bed. I was wondering what lift kit options are available? I really like the look of the rough country 5-in lift, is there any way to adapt it to fit my truck? Anything else like it that fits without modification?

I sold this truck to my brother many years ago and he's going to get rid of it almost so I'm going to buy it back for super cheap and I just want to lift it and put some big tires on it for fun.

Lift options all depend on front suspension type. You're 4x2 so I assume it's a coil front end. Next is your desired tire size. For 33s, you can probably get away with just a body lift and leave the suspension alone. But for 35s or 37s, you'll need lift spindles, a rear lift of your choosing, and then a body lift.
