lift shackle?

lift shackle?
does the BEL-6400 shackle, lift or lower the truck, i was going to order it
but it said it lowered the truck 2in could someone clear things up tx

flip it around and bam it lifts..its what im using on my truck now..

a chevy is setup with the shackle in the opposite position. a lowerin shcakle for a chevy will lift a ranger.
