Lift Spindle Question

I currently have 31" tires. I have some Alcoa's from a FX4 going on really soon. My question is if I install a 3" spindle lift (Doestch) will it push out the tires (track width) because they are a stock rim? Not sure what the backspacing is for Alcoa's. The truck is an 08 XL (coil sprung/A arms). Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
Paul
