lifting a 1999 ranger

since i cant get an affordable suspension lift for a 99, what all can i do for a lift that will have similar performance if possible for a decent price.

Body lift. Check out the search function, your question has been covered many times.

Some more info about your truck will help as well!

Yeah info about your truck. And the only other lift besides a suspension lift is a body lift. Really only the two things you can lift.
