You don't have a 4" option. Apparently there are 4" lift spindles available from no-name brands, but they make your wheel choice VERY VERY VERY limited.

Your two options are a 3" spindle like what Fabtech offers...LINK: 3 Spindle System w/ Performance Shocks - 2001-08 Ford Ranger 2WD w/ Torsion Bar Front Suspension

The other of the two options is a 3" bodylift from Performance Accessories...LINK: Ford | FORD RANGER/MAZDA B / INCL EDGE (MANUAL TRANS REQ 3700) | 70033 | Body Lift Kits

As far as purchasing either lift, I suggest SummitRacing or Jegs or 4wheelparts or any local truck accessory shop. It's up to you....I suggest figuring out which you want, obtaining the part number, and going from there to figure out who you want to purchase from.

You can easily gain that extra inch by cranking up the torsion bars. Search it on the forums.....

Either lift allows for proper fitment of 33x12.50 tires.
