Lower suspension?

Hello--I'm new here. Just bought a '23 xlt, my fourth Ranger, but my first post 2019 truck.
I want to lower the truck. Seems like the suspension was designed for serious off-road use, but I just want to use it to haul stuff and need the bed to be lowered so I can load/unload/reach into it more easily. I'm 6'1 and the sides come up to my armpits. Also some passengers have trouble getting into the cab.
Are there kits available to accomplish this? Or is it possible to make any mods in the existing rear end to at least lower it so the truck is level?
Thanks for any help.

Are you aware of any modifications of the suspension prior to you purchasing the truck? BellTech does make kits for your year truck that you can check out. I think you might can benefit from the 2/4 in drop kit that they offer.
