so i tired google not much help for once.
what are my lowering options for my 08 B4000
post them all up cost effective and not, simple and extreme. I would like too know my options

Since you have torsion bars you can't go too low. Maybe 2 inches max before you start hurting ball joints and suck. If you drop cash into a coil system then you can go pretty low.
