Hey guys, so when i got my superlift kit from 4wp over a year ago, the sent it with the wrong shocks.. front and rear.. dad got the correct front ones, but now i need the rear ones.. i tried doing the whole 4wp's thing again, and well got burned AGAIN.. so NEVER going through them again..

So, where can i get the 4" shocks for the rear?

those bilsteins are for a 2wd truck, im 4wd

 

trail gear only has bilsteins it looks like..

 

those are Bilstien 5100's and they would work perfectly!

what difference does it make if the truck is 2 or 4wd? the shocks still mount up the same, right?

 

yeah, all i need is the rear shocks.. dont know if i want to put bilsteins in the rear with the superlifts in the front? shocks are kinda on the lower end of the priority list right now to be honest, i have so much stuff i gotta/want to get for the ranger, so dont know if i want to spend a bunch of money on shocks

im strongly considering a set of 5100's just for the cool factor of having Bilstien shocks... my superlift shocks work just great

Well they have the superlift shocks like you want from auto anything for $40. 5100's are way cool just adds bling factor! LoL

I am sure someone is going to come in here and tell you why the Bilstiens are sooo much better, but I bet you wouldnt ev en be able to tell the difference in the ride.

 

oh yeah, the RCD lift kit came with bilstien 5100's BTW

 

How about giving Superlift a call and getting the shocks?

 

I read on the description for the lift kit that Bilstein made the Superride SS Shocks. Interesting. But they are only made for f150, 250 and 350.

I did call superlift.. THey said that it was on 4wp's end.. and since its been over a year now, im sure that they wouldnt do anything for me..
