Pothole > Truck

Hit a pothole on my way home last night and the front drivers side suspension began squeaking immediately after. Sharp turn right or left and I hear noise from drivers side. When I get out of the truck and the suspension compresses it makes noise.

Could it be the ball joint or bushing? Thanks for the help

Could be balljoint, more than likey. My buddy drives a mazda speed and hit a big pot hole. He had to get a new wheel bearing.
