Pre Key Torsion Bar ??
Can I use #1 Torsion bars and keys from a Ford Explorer to replace the existing B T-bars and keys in my 08 Ranger Sport 4x4?

Yes, but nobody has confirmed the Explorer Keys to be the keys that you want. Explorer must be the RBV based one, so 95-01 Explorer, and up to like '05 Sport Trac and Sport.
