Put on a 2"/3" lowering kit, vibrations now and uneven drop

Yesterday I installed a set of DJM 2" coils and the 3" flip kit and DJM Calmax shocks all around. Also did new Moog upper control arms as well as new lower bushings & lower ball joints as well as front rotors and pads.

Currently the passenger side front is 1/2" higher than drivers side front. I rotated the coils in the lower control arm correct (end of the coil is in the lowest spot in the cup on the control arm) Both sides have the stock coil isolators on the top. Was really hoping the alignment would clean some of it up when I noticed this yesterday (had alignment done this afternoon) Still the same though :(

I also have a vibration at 23mph-28mph, and notice a similar vibration when turning the wheels, example: like when pulling into a parking spot but not so when the truck is not moving.

Any of you with similar setup have any issues like this and know a fix? Thanks!

A 3" flip kit? A rear axle flip with give you at least 5" of drop, unless it came with taller shackles?

Its the Ranger Lean. You got the battery, the gas tank, and teh drive on the left side, making you lean over that way. I guess it's a problem, lot of people have it.

The vibration might be the pinion angle thing. I've got a 3/3 drop but luckily didn't have to get that. Many say you gotta get an angled degree pinion for the driveshaft if it vibrates. If you search around I think someone has the part number listed.

yeah just put some shims and it will take care of the vibrations, some trucks get it some dont... I never had any vibrations with all the different drops I had but every truck is different. Some get them some dont.

ordered some 2° shims based on reading various posts, seemed like the common size to try. Still have not seen or heard how to measure the pinion angle, or where locally I could have it looked at.
