Question about tires,

I am thinking about picking up my friend's old pair of BFG goodrich A/T 32' tires however iv only got a 98 unlifted 4x4 ranger xlt, the tires arent brand new but do you guys think I will have major issues if i use them on the stock rims and dont do a body lift to go along with it.

will cranking the tbar increase wear on anything when doing offroading or is this generally the same concept as stiffening the compression on a pair of forks on say a dirt bike?

it will slightly increas wear on front end parts because it stiffens the front suspension.....
