Question on first gen explorer

I was wondering if the chevy drop shackles would fit? I may be getting it running soon and I want to lift it a little. gonna do coil spacer up front and if it works shackles in the rear then find me some used 31's.

No.
Get warrior shackles. Part number is WAR-153.
They come with bolts too, same thing I used on the sport trac.
