Rear Leaf Springs

i am going to lift my truck with shackles(belltech). Will sag from weight in the back of the truck be the same as now-little to none, or will it be more pronounced because of the lift? Basically what it boils down to, is do I need to put in an add-a-leaf or should I be good to go?
