relieving leaf spring tension

Hello, i am replacing my broken leaf spring hangers and brackets, and i was wondering where to to jack up the rear end/frame, so that the tension is off the springs.

You can lift it from the rear axle or the trailer hitch, but support it from the frame some where. At the back of the cab right where the frame steps, is probably easiest.
