i got a dumb question but im a body man not a mechanic. whats the easiest way to remove the bolt that holds the leaf spring to the shackle. fyi i dont have an air chisel. thanks

 

put the truck on jack stands, then put the jack lightly under the side you are working on. lift the axle just slightly. use a ratchet/breaker bar and socket and unbolt it. you may find by adding a little more pressure or taking some away may help the bolt come out easier.
