Replacing Upper-Ball Joints (Bob?)

My upper ball joints are shot. I want to replace them with the MOOG ones. I just want to make sure I have everything, so install will hopefully run smoothly. Are there any instructions out there to replacing upper ball joints? Any help would be appreciated.

So here's what I would need right?

1. DS one-piece UCA (MOOG K8708T):
UCA w/replaceable/greasable ball joint

2. PS one-piece UCA 2003 1/2~2006: (MOOG K80068)
UCA w/replaceable/greasable ball joint

that's it right? anything else? grease?

Will I need an alignment after I install this?

Thanks in advance!

....unless you are stock height and still have the OEM fixed alignment shims in place.

if so mark them and put them back in the same place they came out of, and you can probly get by w/o the alignment. still wouldnt hurt to have it checked though.

Pull the upper arm, and re install. That's what I can see. May need to pull the CV out of there.

put new cam bolts in and get an alignment.. my suggestion..
you can reuse your old cam bolts, just make sure you mark them nicely so you get them back in exactly the same way,, then you shouldn't need an alignment.
also make sure you have a flex hose for your grease gun, cuz greasing the zerks on top of the moog uppers is a pain without it..

ps:.. its easy.. 20 minutes per side.. tops..
