Newbie, Need help

I have an 1993 Ford ranger xlt, its 2wheel drive and has power steering. I really want to lift the truck but have a limited buget. I was looking at the body lifts but i cant find any. I want to run 33" tires and there is no way they will fit now. so what should I do? thanks? i checked rough country and they said that since mine is a 2wd with Power steering it wont fit? any help is appreciated.

I've never heard of Rough Country's lift not working with power steering. I have a 4" Rough Country kit on my 1990 which has the same suspension as your truck. I would still learn towards a lift kit rather than a body kit but they do make them for a 1993. Keep searching around and you will find something in your price range.
