spring rate suggestions?

so i been gatherin parts for my sas that i will be starting in about 2 months. im thinkin bout goin with either FOA or Racerunner ciolovers 14 inch front 12 inch rear and i was wonderin if anybody had any suggestions on what spring rate i should use as i dont want it to be too stiff but i want it to have good felx as well, and i intend on putting a 5.0 in it so there will be a little extra weight up front

Front 14s
350 lb/in in a 16" spring
250 lb/in in a 12" spring

For the Rear I am really not 100% sure. I havent dialed mine in. Run a 14" at least in the rear.

Even the numbers I gave you will be close but your suspension may vary which can effect spring rate.

love them! they take some serious abuse that is for sure. i think the quality is better than Fox, and it is no comparison to FOA... I have not seen Ballistics yet.

i think i will go with them then, i was just reading your 3 link thread, man that truck is sharp, it pretty much encouraged me to go 3 link front and rear, was it alot harder doin up a 3 link than radius arms

no its not that much harder and the added advantage is much better.

only issue with the 3link is the exhaust on the passenger side, it will need to be rerouted.
