If I bounce left side of truck I get a sqweaking noise, every thing is lined and started after last rain we had if I slightly move the steering wheel I can hear it , if I bounce the right front corner it's awful 2002 4x4 please help

 

Sounds like a bushing is making the noise

 

Just took of front tire and looked at everything, spayed with silicon lube on all bushings greased every thing I can see , no help
