Stupid, stupid man....
I have done some searching.....and I just am befuddled and missing some info.
My '05 is a 2wd. I figure the first mod to the suspension is the body lift, a 3" package.
What brands are good to look for?
Oh, and about spindles....how do they relate to lifting a truck? Isn't that part of a lift package you buy?
I know NOTHING about doing a lift, but after seeing some stuff here that you guys have done (like yellerEDGEchick 's, zabeard 's, Rangerboy03lvl2's), it's definitely next on my list. I think the body lift and new spindles would be first (cheapest), but I'd rather get to know more about this stuff before going into a shop looking for things.

A spindle lift is a suspension lift, haha. Pro-Comp/Doestech (sp?) are popular brands, as are Fabtech spindles. You can try a google search (Froogle) or check out Ebay. A company called suspension max sells the Doestech spindles, which are exactly the same as the pro-comps.

Everyone and their spindle and body lifts and 35's. Not worth it on a daily driver with this gas prices. But thats my humble opinion. Do what you want.
Spindle lift would be your best bet and a set of 33's would be more than what you need.

Ok, so a spindle lift, 32-33's. Assuming that's on the stock rim?? Or a bigger rim like a 16"?
I called RCD, they don't make a susp lift for my truck......grrrrrr...
Anyone know of a few good sites that sell the Fabtech & Pro-Comp stuff?
