T-Bar keys or T-bar crank?

I was considering putting a small lift on my truck, and I don't know wether to buy some torsion keys or to crank my tbars. I heard that installing keys reindexes the tbars, and not putting stress on the bars like cranking them.

Also, to level out the rear, I wanted to install chevy shackles, but I don't know which ones to install. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I meant to say I wanted to get the shackles because I want the rear to set a little higher for when I am loaded down.
