83-97 2wd rangers are twin I beam, so any lift kit for a 2wd 83-97 should be fine
83-97 4wd rangers are twin traction beam, so any lift kit for 4wd's in that era should work

you just can't mix and match the 2wd and 4wd kits

if its from an 88 2wd it should fit your 95 2wd. I've never seen a lift like that from any company, so it looks like it was custom built... if all the parts are there then it should go in...

there were two changes in the spindles from 88 to 95. in 89 ford changed the way the ball joints mate up to the spindle and Ibeam. then in 95 they changed the way the brake calipers mount to the spindle.
if those beams are extended, you will need to address the difference in spindles. either by gettin different beams to match your truck, or gettin different spindles to match those beams. if those are stock 88 beams, then you should be fine jus re-using your stockers on the 95.
