My Ranger is now quiet enough to start hearing and checking the other noises it's making. First one I found is the driver's radius bushing. The bushing looks decent enough and I don't have anymore in the truck fund or the time to work on the front suspension right now... I need the truck working for yard projects now... would tightening the nut buy me more time?
Bushing might be worn on the backside and the nut is already jammed against the stop on the bolt, also impact will most likely work, try to loosen first then go back and fourth to move the nut, you can also try some heat, just dont get it hot enough to melt the rubber.
