Torsion Bars

i been seein alot of guys talkin bot crankin torsion bars...i have a 00 i was wondering how i crank them...and bein that i realli never looked at the torsion bars much itd be realli helpful if someone cud tell me how...and wat is AAL? and this is prolly a lil off topic but i just thought of it wud i be able to use manual hubs that r for a 97? if not do they make manual hubs for my model year?

look in the susp threads there is a how to bout the t-bars in there or its in the how to section and AAL is Add-A-Leaf and i dont think the 97 hubs will fit but yes they do make manual hubs for yours!!!

yea avm is the only company that makes them for our truck.use the search button for the t-bar crank

thanks guys...u guys have any suggestions as to wat kinda shocks to run...im still on oem and i want somethin thats a lil stiffer...i was thinkin bout buyin some adjustable shocks but i want the best for right now...evenually i wanna run coilovers in the front to get rid of the whole torsion bar system

truxx makes them and ebay has a kit with them,, and another kit with 1-2 inch lift shackles to level it out instead of getting new u bolts blocks or adda leafs
