TTB Alignment question. 91 4x4 has toe in issue

I have a 91 Ranger 4.0 4x4 with ttb. It is lifted 10" inches, 3" of it being body lift and the rest is skyjacker. I had 38.5x15x15 Boggers on it and now have went to 35x12.50 all-terrains. The camber isn't very bad but the passenger side tire has a bad toe in which makes the tire squeal going down the road ( I think that's whats making it squeal anyways). I never heard any squealing with the Boggers on it, although the front right bogger wore out amazingly quick, but can deffinatly hear it now with the skinnier all-terrains. Now, can i extend the tie rods out and push the passenger side tire out enough to where I can drive it down the road without it squealing? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
