Vibration when turning left

I just replaced the motor and transmission mounts because of a vibration issue and was told it might be a bad motor mount. When driving it’s fine until you make a left turn then the steering wheel vibrates. Truck idols fine but has that vibration only when you make the left turn. Can someone please explain what is going on as I’m thinking maybe a bad shock or a hung up brake caliper.

4X4? Two wheel drive? What made you think it was engine related?

I had a mechanic who looked at it and said it might be the mounts. Apparently not. It’s a two wheel drive and vibration when you turn the wheels left and right. Straight forward and reverse is okay. I read here that it could be air in the power steering. What do you think?
