Why wont this work?

A spindle lift on a 4x4? I was searching and found some post about spindle lifts as opposed to Body lifts, and I am now leaning towards the spindle lift cuz of how much better it handles and looks (by tucking the frame, engine, and suspension up into the truck, where as a Bl jus lifts the frame.

For us 4x4 boys, what is the next best thing to a spindle lift...to get 3" of lift by tucking everything in without emptying my wallet?? Thanks again bros!!

The cheapest thing next to a body lift for your truck is a superlift that runs like $1300 bucks. You cant put a normal 2wd spindle on there because where is your cv axle going to go?

The spindle lift will only work on 2wd trucks because the spindles do not have an opening for the 4wd hubs and CV axles. They are simply a normal 2wd spindle with the spindle and hub assembly moved down 3 to 3.5", causing a lift. The cheapest suspension lift for a superlift is, like Andy said, about $1300. It's a great kit though, I had it on my last ranger and I loved it! It looks great, is very durable, and is pretty easy to install too.

body lift it. It's not that much money.....and for your truck, it's cheaper compaired to say, my truck. Less than $200 for 3" is a okay. Want to talk about emptying your bank accound......look at Superlift 4" suspension lift. Or RCD 5" suspension lift. Or the CBR long travel kit. WOW. No such thing as a spindle lift for a 4x4 ranger. Now, 4x4 chevys do have a small spindle lift included in some lift kits for those trucks, but this is a ford site....I bettershut up now.
