15x8 with 3.75 BS/ 30x9.5x15 combo.. work on 01 2wd XLT?

I have 15x8 " rims with 3.75" backspace, and want to put a set of 30x9.5 x 15" tires on, according to the chart, they should fit just fine, no trimming/rubbing, etc.

anyone run, or otherwise have any problems with this combo?

tires would probably BFG A/T KOs...if the combo wont work, i'll stick with my 235s with the mud tread.

should work just fine, the 235's are about a 29" tall tire so upgrading to a 30" tire is not that big of a difference

so if you have enough room for 235's, i dont see how a 30x9.5 would hurt anything

Yes height wise is 1" taller, and width wise 1/4" wider.

I've got that size tire on my DD Chevy Shortbox, and it's a nice sized tire, here's a couple pics:

Hahahahaha... that's great..

You should have no problem fitting 31's with no lift in fact. [That's with 15x7 rims in mind though] Which is what I run. I'm soon to be moving to aftermarket 15x8 rims.. so I'm still figuring this all out.
