This might be a stupid question i dunno, but i was wondering if I go from a stock 15x7 wheel to a 15x8 with 3 5/16" backspacing is there a chance it will cause front end sagging in the suspension? And im running 31" tires.

 

tires/wheels dont affect the suspension like your thinking. u should be fine.
