Has anybody done this? The reason I am asking because I have hurt my back and it hurts my back to get in and out of my truck everyday. I owe more on my truck than what it's worth, so i can't sell or trade it. So I was thinking of going to 14 inch wheels and tires in order to lose some of the height to maybe get it down to 2wd height.

Possible or just whacko?

 

14s wont fit on your truck. Some things you can do though. get some 08+ torsion keys that will drop the front end about 2 inches. ditch the block in the back also about 2 inches. and then some smaller tires.
