Do you plan on going off pavement at all? If you are then I would stick with at the most 17-18's. If it will just be a pavement queen, I'd still go with no more than an 18". IMO 20's on a ranger are too much rim for me, makes it look like one of those DUB Edition Hot Wheels car.
go with 18s imo, gives you some more side wall and looks really good

for offroading purposes your wheel should be no larger than half the diameter of your tire.
example: 34" tire = 17" wheel, 36" tire = 18" wheel and so on.....
If you go bigger and air down you wont have much sidewall to absorb impact on terrain. But if you just want a mall crawler, go big and shiny.

I had a little long winded explination, but I should have said that. Very few Rangers look good with massive rims.
Highroller is one of them, by far. There is another one on here that has 36 Irocks and 20's. Its a red STX ranger. Looks damn good IMO
For me its more function over form, but I like to go wheelin more than cruising down the high way. Either way I think a set of 18's look best on a ranger, not too big, but still gets looks when cruisin on the beach.

It may be gay, but when your 18 and paying for it, maybe ppl cant afford to take it mudding but they still want to look good. And plus its my daily driver. I no for a fact im not the only lifted ranger thats just for looks.

Why say that? Most the guys who build a show truck buy the higher quality parts not just what they can afford. Just because I built my truck for show did not mean I was not as capable as your truck off road. Imo I cannot see spending $24,000 on a truck dumping another $5-10K into it then going out and beating the crap out of it.
I think the 35's and the 20's would look good. The 18's to me are just awkward. They are to big to be small and to small to be big.

I love the lifted look with big wheels and tires but it has to be the right combo. Id love to have a fullsize with 22s and 40s. I dont offroad much and by spring Ill be on 18s and 35s. So if Zabeard didnt wheel his truck it would be gay? some people like the look but dont wheel because its their daily, like me. My truck is my bread and butter and if I cant get to work then theres a problem, I just like to look good while going to and from there. haha
