Will a set of 2016 17in Mustang wheels (235/55R17) direct fit a 2009 2wd Ranger? My on line comparison looks like they will fit without spacers (width, height, and center bore)? Have a lead on a nearly new set with new tires for $325, but can not try and buy, have to take an expensive chance. Thanks from Ranger Hank, CW5 USA Retired, Airborne Ranger all the way!

 

It will fit. I had done my measurements and thought I was going to rub with articulation. I was able to stick a 295/50/15 with 6.5 backspace and not rub. Granted this is a 26 inch tire and doesn’t come close to the bed. I’m close to riding the leaf springs but that doesn’t effect clearance when articulation happens. The front I ran a 15x8 zero offset 4.5 backspace 275/60/15.
