33's or 35's?!

Ok guys for my christmas present, I'm getting a new set of tires. The thornbirds are pretty well shot...I was happy I got 28k out of them. I'm debating whether to get 35" or 33" km2's or some radial mt. I clear my 33x11.50 thornbirds real good and have not trimmed and are only cranked about an inch. I don't mind trimming. Should i get 35's or 33's I'm so torn

Keep in mind I have the 3.0 with 4.10's, which even with 235's it couldn't get out of its' own way..so I don't know if power will be an issue...Help me out guys.

33s if you want to be able to use the truck. 35s will rub if you take the truck off road, and take a lot more power (which you have little/none to spare with the 3.0!).

I mean I don't wheel all that much now, but I'm curious as to what your 35" km2s measure on the truck because my 33" tbirds measured like 33 1/4"...

I would get 33's. With your 3.0 you will be kicking your self if you got the 35's imo.

I forget. Off the top of my head I think they were 34" - 34.5". Don't quote me on that though.
I bet the section width of your thornbirds are as wide as (or wider than) most 33x12.50s.

35s just don't look good with only a body lift on a ranger in my opinion, they look way too stuffed for my liking.

I vote 35s. Unless rubbing and having no power bothers you.

33s. I got 4.10's with a limited slip in my 99 3.0. Its not bad. 3.0 has no ***** anyways so its ok to go 33s. 35s will be overkill lol

lol i just noticed ur from ME...im from MA...not too far haha

lol Nothing I suppose, I just don't like them. They just aren't aggressive enough for my taste.

Hope you didnt plan on buying the KM2's anytime soon. called to order 35's Friday but soon found out there on backorder for at least a month
I vote 33's if your just sticking with the body lift. im not a fan of the stuffed tires look.

on a side note 28k out of those tires isnt bad at all.
