couple of questions about rims

um there is a little set of pliars made to pull them off like this:
but all it is is the weight with the little metal tab that bends around the lip. the is a little hole on the tab to grab too.
without the pliers just pry the weight out away from the rim with a screwdriver or pliars, then just yank it out, pulling the little tab out from between the rim and the rubber. thats what i would do atleast. i hope im not confusing, its really not too complicated of a thing

Thats what we use at work. They are awesome for snapping valve stems too.
