Anothe question (equal for balancing)

Ok, first I appoligize for starting so many threads....

but I just want to know this.

Should I try equal?

I can't see how ALL 4 rims are out of wack.

The tire place I went to is VERY repuatable but I don't think they work on tires that large usually. They are more "rims (22's and such)". I was thinking...it's almost impossible for ALL 4 to be messed up. I can see 1 being messed up, but all 4???

Is there somewhere I can buy equal, or should I go with airsoft pellets? or what should I do?

I want to do it myself so I was thinking airsoft because you just air down and take off the stem right?

This could be my big break here!!!

I was jut thinking that all 4 rims CAN'T be out of wack!!! thats just wack

it works, but if they say the rims are bent then idk.

it works best with 35s or bigger.

he just said they were bent because they weren't balancing right on the road force...one took 18, he put 22 on it and it was still messed up.

Maybe it's just the combo of steel wheels/33's that are throwing it off. I dunno...is there somehwere that will tell me if the wheel is messed up? Is there a machine or something?

zach, I'll probably end up buying your wheels. I can't take this steel wheels crap!

I wish someone warned me, well, I'll be the one that warns everyone else now!!!!

Maybe thats why you aren't a fan of steel wheels?

haha, I'm getting em de-mounted in the next couple days, and shipped out ASAP

Damn, I am thinking about just buying the wheels out of my pocket and not even sending these back. I just remembered I painted that little red stripe thats on the outside...they probably won't even take em back. Oh well, now its time to save up. I got 2 more weeks until I can buy your rims zach.

You think they woudl take em back still? or should I not even bother and learn my lesson the hard way? I could throw a spare set of mudders on em or something...maybe use it for a spare?

I could probably sell em for spares? 20 bux each plus shipping?

Yes they still should take them back. They probably wont even notice you did anything to them.

the guy said since they are bent, and there is no way to tell if they are un-mounted, it's ok. He also said they will test it.

I'm also thinking ebay...just NO one say anything...please?

Its kinda messed up, but I kinda don't care at the same time.

How much should I sell em for? like 150 plus shipping?

equal does not. its a plastic, not a sand just like airsoft pellets but smaller.

you should reread your facts before posting.

Go to www.imiproducts.com then search in the dealer section in your state for places of busniness that sell it. I was not able to locate any online either, we got it from a place by Zachs house when we put my lift on.

yeah I forgot about that 4 page argument, and the first time around I only got into page two cuz of the **** talking going back and forth and lack or actual info, but I just read the whole thing. but seriously I thought that he was talking about that sugar replacement stuff because your Equal stuff slipped my mind completely lol

after reading that whole thing, Equal get a thumbs up from me, it's been proven here to do what it was meant to do. the two sides were arguing two different things of balancing a tire to zero or gaining the smoothest ride possible on bigger tires. And Zach was the only one showing he knew that there were two arguments going on but couldn't get it across with out sounding snotty. lol

anyway YES use equal it will help you

I think I might try to have the tires done at another place. The more and more I think about it...all 4 rims can't be out of wack can they?

I mean, maybe if I have them spin them 180* first...then try the equal or conventional balancing...

you think equal would help balance out? even if the rim is like very SLIGHTLY off???
