Icon5 Anybody know?

My Ranger has stock 16' rims. I have the chance to but 4 rims off of an F-150, that are 17". The price is really good, and the rubber is good to. Will these fit with maybe some adaptors?

they make 5 to 6 lug adapters, but they are pricey. it wouldn't be worth it after you buy them.
